I had a great time at this resort! The 500 baht room was a steal, especially with the beautiful sea view from the balcony. While the dining options were a bit hit or miss, I enjoyed the breakfast and found the pool area lovely. It's a nice base for exploring the island, but I wish the service was a bit more attentive and the restaurant offerings improved.

The views are stunning, which is a definite plus, but sadly, the rooms left much to be desired—small, smelly, and not well-kept. I had a rough experience at this hotel. While the check-in process started off well with a free transfer from the pier, the room fell short of expectations and was nothing like what was depicted online. The bugs around the property, coupled with the inadequate first aid response after an injury, left me feeling quite unsafe during my stay.

My experience at Tharathip was quite disappointing. Despite its lovely view from the balcony, the location was way too far from the Full Moon Party, and it resulted in long, frustrating taxi rides. The presence of bugs in the room made it uncomfortable, and the overall safety and maintenance issues for the hotel were alarming. I absolutely cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
